What this policy covers
This policy explains how AUTOMOTION CAR TRADE LTD handles information submitted through this website and the limited information created when visitors use it. It covers enquiries about a specific vehicle, requests to source a vehicle, page-view and WhatsApp interaction measurement, and links that take you to other services.
Information you choose to provide
The forms ask for information needed to respond to an enquiry:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you choose to provide one;
- the vehicle or specification you are asking about; and
- for a vehicle enquiry, whether you want to view or reserve it, together with the relevant vehicle reference.
Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Page views and WhatsApp handoffs
Page-view events help the team understand which public pages are being used and report on interest in listed vehicles. A WhatsApp interaction event may be recorded for site actions that use the tracked WhatsApp handoff, using the session identifier and, where relevant, a vehicle reference. The purpose is operational reporting and campaign measurement; it is not to read or control your WhatsApp conversations.
Choosing a WhatsApp link is voluntary. It opens WhatsApp or the WhatsApp website using the link you selected, and WhatsApp then handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. AUTOMOTION CAR TRADE LTD does not receive the contents of your WhatsApp conversation through this website.
Security and retention
AUTOMOTION CAR TRADE LTD applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry and reporting information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online service can promise absolute security.
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including responding to an enquiry, managing a customer relationship, maintaining business records, meeting legal obligations, or resolving disputes. There is no fixed retention period stated here; the appropriate period depends on the type of information and the circumstances.

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact AUTOMOTION CAR TRADE LTD at info@automotion.cy or call +357 97953803.
